The tree top challenge gives es little time to c9mplete as well as other challenges that has a t8me limit. I'm going to delete the game now, it's bittersweet but it makes no sense if I can't complete challenges either because of time li it's or the cost to purchase certain items. Also, it has become very glitchy. Normally would give this four stars, but it's been knocked down to three because it's stuck on the "your game is updating screen" and has been for a while. I've tried multiple solutions, but none of them seem to work. It also has no progress bar to tell you where you're at. At least give us a progress bar and it's back up to four stars. I can't give it five because of the microtransactions. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.

The Sims series of games let players simulate life through animated characters either created or brought into existence by birth. The 4th edition in this series, Sims 4 is a PC game that follows the same gameplay of creating characters, controlling their lives and personalities, and exploring different characteristics. Sims 4 is single-player and playable both online and offline. The Sims gameplay is generally easy to understand, and really interesting as you not only get to manipulate the characters but create them from scratch. What with physical attributes and maintaining relationships with other characters, Sims 4 simulates life in this controlled environment.
In Sims 4, you cannot change the possessed traits once they have been formed, so one needs to be careful while choosing them. You get to either create a new Sims characters or raise one from a baby to adulthood. When you begin the game, the first task at hand is to create a Sims character. In Sims 4, the characteristics cannot change once the character has them. This is, for obvious reasons, a rather crucial stage in the game. The player has to start by giving them a name, gender, clothes, voice, age, and all the basic features that form a personality. For age, you can choose from 5 stages of life Child, Teen, Young Adult, Adult, Elder. To create a family , you need a minimum of one adult.
For physical appearance, you simply have to drag the mouse over it to alter features and body shapes. You'll see different views and can choose to zoom in or out on the body. You can go into as much detail as you'd like to select the make-up and hair type of characters. When you create more than one Sims 4 character, they can define relationships between the two. You can also give birth to a child by choosing the Play with Genetics option, so the child that is created will possess genes from both parents. It really is like real life! For the more intangible aspect of Sims 4 characters, you choose their aspirations. It is an interesting concept, because it gives the characters a realistic personality. You can choose from Deviance, Fortune, Food, Creativity, Love, Nature, Popularity, Family, Athletic, and Knowledge as aspirations for the characters.
Once you create a Sims 4 character, or multiple characters, you can choose their traits and aspirations to determine how they will behave and interact with each other. They have wishes and aspirations, and in order to maintain balance, order, and happiness, the creator needs to be mindful of all these aspects. While creating homes and environments too, you'll have to choose spaces that will be compatible with character traits. You proceed in the game just as you proceed in life. You have to work hard to achieve a career and house and continue progressing as you get promotions. The more interesting and challenging your tasks, the more points you get, the further ahead you can go. You earn more when you create more items. You are also able to buy more for the lifestyle the player chooses for the characters.
It is staggeringly amazing how good the graphics and visuals are on this game. An obvious upgrade from the previous Sims games, the features, animation, environment, and characteristics are all top-notch. The video and audio are of high quality , and the various characteristics, moods, actions, traits, professions, etc. lead to extremely interesting, sometimes funny, situations. The characters are more life-like in this edition of Sims and the Create a Sim tool is also much better, with a mouse drag option for changes in physical characteristics. The possibilities of this game are endless, and the player will find themselves totally immersed in this simulated environment.
The Sims series has a community of extremely loyal fans who are used to the Sims environment and have popularized Sims 3, particularly. So some features like certain careers, the ability to create new lots or a style, no open world, certain traits, grocery stores, and more are missing from Sims 4. This has irked Sims loyalists, even though the difference will be unnoticeable for total beginners. There are also lesser storytelling possibilities and story progression. After a while, tasks and the environment may feel mundane. The structure seems limited and since there is no open world option, space also seems cramped and restrictive. The best alternative for Sims 4 seems to be Sims 3 , a game that people loved and still compare to Sims 4. While the graphics and animation on Sims 4 do seem better, it's the missing features that have caused the most criticism for the game.
The plan for Sims 3 is also a lot more open and you can access different neighborhoods unlike in Sims 4. Some activities like grocery shopping have also been removed from Sims 4. The Sims 4 is an extremely fun and interactive game. You'll truly get immersed in the world that they create. The simulation of life feels real and the characteristics are customizable to minute details. Traits, aspirations, wishes, careers, and appearance give a wholesome personality to the Sims characters. However, Sims 3 loyalists will find the missing features annoying and generally restrictive. Nonetheless, this is worth giving a try!
